RecurX now offers two plans: Basic ($29/month or $290/year) and Pro ($49/month or $490/year), each with a 14-day free trial. The older Starter, Essential, Growth and Scale plans are no longer offered.
If you're on Starter, Essential, Growth or Scale
- You keep your plan, its price and its features until you change plan yourself.
- Nothing changes automatically: no new charge, no migration, no features removed.
- Billing shows a note that your plan is no longer offered. It's for information only — you don't need to do anything.
Should I switch?
Switching is optional. Here's how the plans compare:

Once you switch, you can't move back to your old plan, because it's no longer offered.
How to switch
- In your Shopify admin, open Apps → RecurX → Settings → Billing ("Choose your plan").
- Pick Basic or Pro, monthly or yearly.
- Click Continue to Shopify and approve the plan on Shopify's plan page.
