How RecurX bills you
Through Shopify's Managed Pricing. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice — no separate card. Shopify shows the price, any free trial and your first charge date before you approve.

Basic includes:

- Signal Analytics: cohorts, rebill waterfall and forecast
Pro includes everything in Basic, plus:
- Unlimited active subscribers
- Email campaigns and custom email templates (Whisper Campaigns) — see Campaigns hub
- Integrations such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Omnisend (Forge Integrations) — see Integrations
- Portal magic links for subscribers (Ghost Mode) — see Manage subscribers
There is no free plan. No plan charges RecurX transaction fees. Pricing details: recurx.app/pricing.
Free trial
Basic and Pro include a 14-day free trial for stores that haven't used one. A store that already used its trial, for example after reinstalling, is charged from approval. Shopify shows which applies before you confirm.
Choose or switch plans
In your Shopify admin, open Apps → RecurX → Settings → Billing ("Choose your plan"). Pick Basic or Pro, monthly or yearly, then Continue to Shopify. Shopify's plan page opens: approve the plan there.
Shopify handles the timing of charges and any credit, and shows it before you approve. Moving to a lower plan deletes nothing, but tools that plan doesn't include stop until you upgrade again, and its limits apply to anything new you add.
On Starter, Essential, Growth or Scale?
Those plans are no longer offered, but you keep your plan and its price until you change it. See My plan is no longer offered.
Cancel
You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app. Your data is retained for 30 days post-uninstall in case you reinstall; redacted entirely after that.
