How it works

Cross-sells are merchant-defined rules: "if cart contains X, recommend Y, Z". Recommendations render as a horizontal row on PDP, cart drawer, and post-purchase pages.

Build a rule

1. New rule → trigger product(s).
2. Recommended products — up to 6.
3. Placements — toggle PDP / cart / post-purchase.
4. Heading — e.g. "Pairs well with" or "You might also love".
5. Save.

Auto vs. manual

Toggle Auto-recommend to let RecurX surface products based on co-purchase history. Manual rules always win when both fire.

Reporting

Per-rule clicks, add-to-carts, and purchases. Refresh nightly.
