What gets migrated
- Plans — name, interval, price, attached products.
- Subscribers — including next renewal date, payment method token (where the source app exposes it), shipping address.
- Order history — last 365 days.
Two paths
CSV import (universal)
Export from your old app → upload to RecurX → map columns → preview → confirm.
App-specific transfer (Recharge, Bold, Skio, Loop, Yotpo)
Direct connector: paste an API key from the old app, RecurX pulls everything in. Cleanest path; preserves all metadata.
Payment tokens
Shopify Payments tokens migrate without re-authorization. Vaulted gateway tokens (Authorize.net, Stripe) require a token transfer agreement with the old provider — RecurX walks you through the request email.
Cutover
Plan a 1-hour cutover window. RecurX pauses all incoming renewals during the import; resumes on next scheduled date for each subscriber.
