Open Plans and click Create plan.
1. Pick a plan type
- Subscribe & Save — recurring delivery at a discount (most common).
- Prepaid — buyer pays upfront for N deliveries (e.g. 3-month prepaid box).
- Membership — recurring access fee, no shipped product (digital perk).
2. Configure billing
- Name — visible at checkout. Keep it under 30 chars.
- Interval — every 7/14/30/60/90 days (or custom).
- Total cycles — leave blank for indefinite, or cap (e.g. 12 cycles).
3. Discount strategy
Set a percent off or fixed off vs. one-time price. Optionally add a first-cycle bonus ("First box 30% off, then 15%") which boosts conversion.
4. Attach products
Search and tick products to attach. The plan applies to ALL variants of attached products by default; use per-variant overrides for SKU-specific pricing.
5. Save
RecurX writes a Shopify selling plan group on save (look for it in Products → Selling plans). The widget picks it up immediately on the storefront.
Edit later
Plans are editable post-launch. Existing subscribers keep their original price unless you opt them in via Manage subscribers.
