Available actions
| Action | What it does |

| Skip next | Pushes the next renewal date out by one cycle. |
| Swap product | Replaces the product on the contract — same plan, different SKU. |
| Pause | Halts renewals; resume any time. |
| Edit interval | Change cycle (e.g. monthly → bimonthly). |
| Apply discount | One-time or recurring discount on this contract. |
| Cancel | Ends the contract. Optionally trigger win-back. |
Bulk actions
Filter by plan, status, or tag, then Select all → bulk skip/pause/cancel. Useful for stock outages ("pause anyone subscribed to SKU X for one cycle").
Send a portal magic link (Ghost Mode, Pro plan)
On the Pro plan, choose Send magic link on a subscriber's row to get a sign-in link to their customer portal. The link works on one device only and expires after 60 minutes, so if you open it, the customer's copy won't work. See RecurX billing & plan management.
