| Swap product | Swap among products on the same plan. |
| Update address | Validated against Shopify shipping zones. |
| Update payment | Re-tokenizes via Shopify Payments / vaulted gateway. |
| Pause | Halts billing; subscriber can resume any time. |
| Reactivate | Resumes a paused or recently-cancelled contract. |
| Cancel | Always available unless your plan locks contract length. |
| Apply gift / referral code | If your loyalty program is enabled. |
The portal posts every action through RecurX's audit trail — visible in the subscriber's detail page.
