Open Messaging Providers.
Supported providers
- Twilio — SMS + WhatsApp Business.
- MessageBird — SMS + WhatsApp.
- Native (RecurX relay) — pay-as-you-go SMS via RecurX-managed credits, no provider account needed (US/CA only).
Connect
Per provider, paste the credentials and click Test. RecurX sends a test message and stores the validated credential encrypted at rest.
Routing
If multiple providers are connected, the routing rules let you send by region (e.g. Twilio for US, MessageBird for EU) or by message type (transactional via Twilio, marketing via MessageBird).
Failover
Auto-failover routes the next message through the secondary provider when the primary returns 5xx. Toggle in Routing → Failover.
