SMS & WhatsApp via Twilio

Bring your Twilio account to send subscription SMS and WhatsApp messages.

Open SMS & WhatsApp.

Connect Twilio

  1. Click Connect Twilio.
  2. Paste your Account SID + Auth Token + sender number.
  3. RecurX validates by sending a test message to your number.

Channels

  • SMS — for transactional (order confirmation, dunning) and marketing (win-back).
  • WhatsApp Business — same triggers; templates must be pre-approved by WhatsApp.

Credits

Twilio bills you directly per message. RecurX shows your estimated cost per send in the Credits tab so you can budget.

Compliance

For US/CA, RecurX adds STOP/HELP keyword handling automatically. Subscribers who reply STOP are unsubscribed and won't receive subsequent SMS — emails continue unless they unsubscribe separately.
