What you can export
- Subscribers — full list with plan, status, MRR, lifetime value.
- Orders — every renewal order with line items + totals.
- Plans — plan config + active counts.
- Events — raw event log (subscription_created, payment_failed, etc.) for the last 12 months.
- Analytics — daily MRR, churn, LTV snapshots.
Formats
CSV (default) or JSON. JSON preserves nested structures (line items, metafields).
Scheduling
For recurring exports (weekly subscriber dump to S3, etc.), set up an API integration via API Keys instead — exports here are on-demand only.
Retention
Exports are downloadable for 7 days, then purged. Re-run if needed.
