What you can edit
Every transactional + marketing email RecurX sends:
- subscription_created
- payment_succeeded
- payment_failed
- renewal_upcoming
- paused
- cancelled
- winback (campaign)
Editor
Drag-and-drop blocks: header, image, text, button, product card, footer. Variables ({{customer.first_name}}, {{order.total}}, {{plan.name}}, etc.) auto-complete from the merge-tag picker.
Test send
Send test delivers to your authenticated user email. Test sends use real merge data from your most recent matching event (e.g. real payment_failed).
Provider note
When you have Klaviyo or Mailchimp connected, RecurX still sends transactional emails (created, payment_failed) from its native sender by default. Switch to the connected provider per-event under Notification Rules.
