Recommended setup order

  1. Turn on payment recovery (highest ROI, zero design work).
  2. Enable the customer portal (cuts cancel volume by ~25%).
  3. Configure cancel-flow save offers + start an A/B test.
  4. Add loyalty perks for 3+ month subscribers.
  5. Schedule a win-back campaign 14 days post-cancel.
